So finding just the right sound effects online can be tough, and you can waste a lot of time looking for just the right one, well with a budget mic and some free software you can make your own!
Good old Audacity has been helping broke kids make their passion projects since May 28, 2000 and its still helping me now. Its been helping me since 2007 when I was making flash cartoons. Oh the memory so long ago, so retired file format

Now a budget head set, in a room with none of those sound reducing foam pads you see behind every good youtuber, you end up with lots of background noise But recording some grunts and huffs, rather then speech you will end up with some nice little audio.
Grabbing some of your clean background noise and running it effects > noise reduction and you have saved yourself like a day of sound effect hunting.
